The drawings were made in 2016 and 2017 while traveling. They are reproduced in their original size. The small format (DIN A5) allows David Schiesser to draw inconspicuously without being noticed by his subjects, yet providing enough space to draw one or two figures. The sketches are intimate insights into obscure, funny, erotic, banal, everyday situations that the artist often captures in a scenical way.
